Make a card or project for a child at Christmas...

that's the challenge over at Nutcrafters to make a card or project for a child this Christmas.

This is a card idea i saw on C & C not something i usually watch but was having a lazy day and flicking through the channels when i came across a spellbinders show.

Firstly you have to stamp your image on some plain card (this is from a lovely Christmas/winter set from Nutcrafters and then i covered the front and the inside of the card with some bp, then i used a martha stewart punch to make the front edge of my card all fancy. Next you use a shaped die to cut an aperture out of the front of your card and also a frame using the same size die plus the larger one. Finally i made these little flowers from a punch i bought from craft central at the weeekend..i love it. Next time i make this card though i am gonna cover the aperture with acetate and then add some stars for a bit of twinkle!!!

Do pop over to the nutcrafters blog and see what the girlies have come up with, and you can get yourself a lovely cutie digi too

Have a great day

Love and hugs

Sylvia xx
